Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Ditto Image's services and the relationship between you and Ditto Image. By engaging with our services, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
1. Project Details: You agree to provide accurate and complete project details, including but not limited to artwork specifications, item or garment information, quantities required, due dates, and shipping or pickup preferences. Any changes to project details must be communicated in writing and agreed upon by both parties. Any changes to the item, quantities, or art will extend the production time and require a new quote.
- Ditto Image reserves the right to refuse any product or service that contradicts our beliefs, values, or ethical standards. We are committed to upholding principles of integrity, respect, and inclusivity in all aspects of our business operations.
- If we decide to refuse a product or service request, we will communicate our decision to you in a respectful and transparent manner. We may provide an explanation for our decision and work with you to find an alternative solution if possible.
2. Artwork Details: You acknowledge that you have the necessary rights or permissions to use any artwork provided to Ditto Image for the purpose of fulfilling your project requirements. Ditto Image reserves the right to refuse any artwork that violates copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
3. Item or Garment Information: You are responsible for providing accurate information regarding the items or garments to be printed, embroidered, or engraved. Ditto Image will make every effort to meet your specifications, but variations may occur due to factors beyond our control.
4. Customer-Supplied Goods: Customer-supplied goods are accepted with the acknowledgment that Ditto Image is not liable for any normal production defects, stains, or damage. All goods are left at your own risk, and we will not replace items or reimburse their value except in cases of improper decoration. For this reason, we prefer to decorate goods from our suppliers so they can be replaced should a production error occur.
5. Quantities: You agree to provide accurate quantity requirements for your project. Ditto Image will make every effort to fulfill your order as requested, but additional charges may apply for changes or additions to the original quantity.
6. Due Dates: Due dates provided by Ditto Image are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates unless otherwise specified in writing. Ditto Image will make every effort to complete your project on time, but unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery schedules.
7. Shipping or Pickup Information: You are responsible for providing accurate shipping details if you require delivery of your order. Shipping costs will be determined based on the shipping method and destination. Alternatively, you may choose to pick up your order from our designated location during specified hours.
8. Payment Terms: All orders must be paid in full prior to production.
Payment Methods:
- ACH: Electronic bank transfer is accepted for secure and convenient payment.
- Cash: Cash payments are accepted for in-person transactions at our designated location.
- Card: Credit or debit card payments are accepted; however, please note that payments made with a credit card will incur a 3% surcharge to cover processing fees.
- Check: Personal or business checks are accepted, but please allow time for the check to clear before production begins.
9. Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Ditto Image be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.
10. Refunds and Returns: We do not accept refunds or returns. All orders are custom work and decorated based on customer approval. Customers must be sure that all job details are correct before approving jobs for production. If, for some reason, you do receive an item with a manufacturing or printing defect, please notify us within 7 days of order receipt. If we make an error, we will work with you, at our discretion, to provide either a refund or a replacement item in exchange for the unused/unworn defective item.
11. Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Tennessee. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tennessee.
